Public offer for Inettools Pro

1. Service

The seller provides time-limited access to Inettools Pro: increased server-processing limits and an ad-free website experience while the user is signed in. The subscription does not transfer ownership of software or uploaded files.

2. Acceptance

The agreement is concluded when a registered user accepts this offer and the recurring-payment terms and completes the first payment. The accepted offer version, time and technical confirmation are stored with the order.

3. Price and renewal

The current price, billing period and included limits are shown on the Pricing page before payment. Unless auto-renewal is cancelled, CloudPayments charges the same amount each billing period. Price changes apply only after notice and do not authorize an undisclosed charge.

4. Access

Access is activated after a successful payment notification. Temporary processing delays, maintenance and tool-specific technical limits may apply. Users must not upload unlawful content or content they are not entitled to process.

5. Cancellation and refunds

Auto-renewal can be cancelled from the Inettools account or through CloudPayments. Paid access remains available until the end of the paid period. Refund requests are reviewed through support in accordance with mandatory law and the Payment and refund policy.

6. Data and payments

Card data is entered in the CloudPayments hosted widget and is not received or stored by Inettools. Inettools stores order, payment status, amount, subscription identifier and agreement evidence needed to provide access and resolve payment issues.
